Handling time

Handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) from our US studio. Our cut-off time is 12:00 PM ET: orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day usually leave the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on a weekend, or on a US public holiday begin handling the next business day.

You receive an order confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment it leaves the studio.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only — all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally.

Tracking

Your tracking number arrives by email the moment your order ships. Check it any time on our Track Order page.

Printed to order

Nothing ships from a shelf: your garment is printed after you order it, which is why handling time is 1–2 business days before the carrier ever sees it. If a parcel goes missing in transit we'll chase the carrier and reprint your order — or refund it, your call.

Sales tax

Sales tax is charged on the products themselves and is already included in the price you see on every listing. We calculate, collect and remit it ourselves, so no separate tax line is added at checkout — in all 50 U.S. states, the price on the tag is the price you pay.

Shipping charges are not taxed separately. If you need a tax breakdown for an order, email support@centralatlantico.us and we'll send one.
