30-day return window

Not the fit you hoped? You have a 30-day return window, counted from the day your order is delivered. Email support@centralatlantico.us with your order code to start a return.

Conditions

Items must come back in the condition they left: unworn beyond trying it on, unwashed, with the original tags attached. Because everything is printed to order we can't accept a garment that has been worn, washed or altered.

If we got it wrong

Wrong size, wrong colour, a misprint, or damage in transit — that is on us. Send a photo with your order code and we will reprint it or refund it, your choice, and cover the return label.

Refunds

We refund customers in the United States to the original payment method. Once your return lands and passes inspection, the refund is issued within 5 business days.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, shipping is on you: we email a prepaid USPS label and deduct a flat $6.99 from your refund. If the mistake was ours, the label is free.

Restocking fee

None. We never charge restocking fees — the return label is the only cost you'll ever see.
